A frustration we couldn't shake.
For years we worked across different companies, and not one of them had the right tools for this. Time lived in one app, projects in another, payroll somewhere else — a separate login for every piece, and none of them talking to each other.
The part that stuck with us was the silence around our own work. We never really knew how productive we were — there was no honest picture we could point to.
