About TimerOS
TimerOS is a time-management platform built by Vezoft — time tracking, scheduling, projects, billing and payroll in one place.
It is built on a simple idea: time tracking should not be about watching people. It gives employees and managers the same honest picture of where the day goes — and the tools to plan, focus and get paid fairly. No screenshots, no keystroke logs. Everything a manager can see, the team can see too. Just a clear, shared view that helps everyone show up in their best form.
Three principles we don't bend on
Tool, not surveillance
TimerOS doesn't take screenshots, doesn't log keystrokes, doesn't touch your clipboard, camera or microphone. The desktop client reads only the active window title, the running app, and the time since the last input event.
On-device classification
Activity classification runs locally on your machine — a deterministic scored rule engine paired with a small on-device statistical classifier. Not a large language model. Not a cloud service.
Your data is yours
Every workspace runs on its own database. EU tenants are pinned to EU regions on MongoDB Atlas, and you can request a full export of your data at any time.
One product
We make TimerOS and nothing else, so it gets our full attention.
Tools, not surveillance
We build to help people do their work — not to watch them do it.
Visible both ways
Everything a manager can see, the team can see too. No hidden scoring.
Built for the EU
Each workspace gets its own database; EU tenants stay in EU regions.
No vaporware
We ship what we say. What's planned stays on a public roadmap.
Where we are today
TimerOS is in pre-launch. Five surfaces are wired together and working; a few more are on the way. See the Roadmap for what is next.
