Yes — we collect a card at signup so the subscription can roll over automatically when the 14-day trial ends. We don't charge it during the trial; cancel any time before day 14 and you pay nothing. Card details are handled by Stripe — they never touch our servers.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any time from the billing page. Prorations are calculated to the day, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Startup is capped at 50 seats. Once you hit the cap you can't add more users on Startup. Enterprise (unlimited users, payroll and full P&L) is currently in early access — contact sales@vezoft.com and we'll get you set up. Your existing data stays intact through the switch.
Yes, on every plan. TimerOS hosts an MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector: paste one URL into Claude, sign in with your TimerOS account and approve read, read-and-write, and — optionally — your incidents and change requests. The assistant acts as you and sees only what you can see. It can never see salaries, send invoices, log time or delete anything, and every change it makes is logged with its undo call under Settings → Connections, where you can disconnect it with one click. Owners and admins can turn the feature off for the whole workspace. Other MCP clients that support Streamable HTTP and OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and client ID metadata documents should connect too, but only Claude is tested; a client that relies on dynamic client registration cannot connect yet.
Each organization gets its own logical database, so queries can never cross tenants — no shared tables, no co-mingled rows. Backups are taken at the cluster level by our storage provider; see the Sub-processors page for details.
